Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Maryland - I am a mixed media artist, creating what I feel is pleasing to the eye and therapeutic to the soul. With bold colors and subtle touches of calm tones, I find that my work visually stimulates your gaze and slows down your pace towards peace.
Always having interest in design and fashion, I am a self-taught visual artist, finding pleasure in geometric arrangements, complimented with the use of vibrant yet soothing color choices. Using the materials I've accumulated over the past 8 years of creating, I like to practice the concept of up-cycling, bringing a new life to scraps of paper, strings of yarn, sticks, flowers, bubble wrap, at times - even food menus! I am experimental in mixing minimalistic elements with tactile components, and expressing through abstract.
